  10.      ║   scenario is to be changed.   The title is a 60-character 
  11.      ║   informational  title the planner assigns to  a  scenario
  12.      ║   analysis.   Optimization  is  always  performed  on  the

  16.      ║   summarize  the   scenario  analysis in relation  to  the

  19.      ║   saving  the optimized solution.  This MENU  display   is 
  20.      ║   like  a  quick-look  report for the planner to  get  KEY
